What can I do to take my asset building to the next level?” These are the questions that will be answered at this year’s Spring Institute: Going from Good to Great . . . Tools to Becoming Asset-Rich.
The Institute will provide participants with tools for strengthening their asset-building efforts as well as afford them opportunities for practicing the strategies they have learned at local practice sites. This training will help program leaders who want to build job-embedded professional development and program improvement into their day-to-day work.
Special guest and expert evaluator Pat Seppanen will be co-leading this event with Search Institute’s Kristin Johnstad. Pat has spent over five years developing and field-testing these evaluation tools and will be on hand to answer any of your evaluation questions.
