Immediately mobilize the most effective, yet underutilized, group around—youth!
In this highly engaging workshop, youth from middle school, high school, and youth-serving organizations—along with adult mentors—are empowered to create lasting, positive change in their schools and communities.
Youth will build relationships in a continually energized environment while assessing their own assets, learning how to build Developmental Assets in successful projects, and emerging with an action plan all their own. This training is designed to be fast-paced, relational, and productive. In this event, participants engage in
- building powerful relationships with students and staff;
- determining which personal assets they have (their strengths) and which assets are built in successful projects;
- assessing school climate and ways to impact change in four different area;
- putting leadership skills into action
- creating a detailed action plan with follow-up expectations.

“Our kids came flying out of the session. They had so many practical ideas and adult mentors ready to help. It was inspiring to hear how they wanted to create a more positive environment. It really affirmed what I love about our kids.”
“We work with youth and learned a lot just by observing. We’re going to change the way we do our training and keep it fast-paced, changing, and fun.”
