Once you’ve decided on a survey and how many youth will take it, let us know and we’ll send out your surveys (or provide you with the information you need to access the online survey). We recommend surveying as many individuals as possible, but if that’s not feasible, we can help you find a representative sample. If you’re not sure which survey to order, one of the survey services staff will assist you in choosing the survey that best fits your needs. Learn more about the different surveys we offer >>

After completing your order, you’ll receive the surveys and a user manual. Your designated survey coordinator can then administer the survey to your youth.

For Attitudes & Behaviors and Me and My World: After your surveys have been completed, send them back to us. We will compile and analyze the results and then prepare a detailed report of the findings as well as an executive summary.

For the Developmental Assets Profile: After you have completed your administration, simply use the DAPTrax online platform to generate your report.

For Attitudes & Behaviors and Me and My World: Once your report is ready, we’ll send it to you. (You can expect to receive it approximately six weeks after you submit your surveys.)

The report you’ll receive from Search Institute will guide you in interpreting and using your survey findings.
