Getting You the Information You Need

Step 1: Choose and Order Your Survey

Once you’ve decided on a survey and how many people will take it, let us know and we’ll send your surveys out to you. We recommend surveying as many individuals as possible, but if that’s not feasible, we can help you find a representative sample.

If you’re not sure which survey to order, let us know and one of the survey services staff will assist you in choosing the survey that best fits your needs.

Step 2: Receive and Administer Your Survey

After completing your order, you’ll receive the surveys and an administration manual by mail. Your designated survey coordinator can then administer the survey to your students.

Step 3: Submit Your Surveys

After your surveys have been completed, send them back to us and we’ll compile and analyze the results and prepare a detailed report of the findings as well as an executive summary.

Step 4: Receive Your Results and Take Action

Once your report is ready, we’ll send it to you (you can expect to receive it approximately eight weeks after you submit your surveys). Now you’re ready to share your findings and take action to celebrate your successes and address any of the deficits that you discover.
