As Search Institute’s Vice President of Products and Services, Ms. Alliegro provides leadership in content and services development, oversight of grant program managers and sales leadership in Community, Family and School market channels served by Search Institute.
Professional History
Before joining Search Institute in 2011, Nancy Alliegro was director of product and marketing management at Pearson Education. She spent 18 years in sales and marketing leadership at Hazelden Publishing and Education. With nearly 30 years of leadership experience in marketing, sales, product management and product development. Ms. Alliegro’s experience is varied in both for-profit and not-for-profit business settings in K-12 education, behavioral health, and youth development.
Community Contributions and Education
Ms Alliegro has served on numerous boards and volunteer organizations including Partnership for Youth and Families in the Twin Cities, Parish Council, St. Peter’s Catholic Community, St. Bridget of Sweden, College of St. Benedict, and Young Life International. She earned her B.A. in Liberal Studies from the College of St. Benedict, and her M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
