A Relationships-Centered Approach
Supporting, empowering and engaging families through a strength-based approach helps youth thrive. This workshop builds on Search Institute research that identifies critical strengths that are relevant to all families, regardless of culture, income, or structure.
Search Institute’s research is used as a springboard for re-imagining family engagement to focus on identifying and celebrating strengths of families through developmental relationships.

- Practical tools for listening to and building relationships with parents and family members
- How to bring the powerful message of focusing on family strengths to other stakeholders your organization and community
- How to identify opportunities and tools to integrate family strengths into your existing programs and services
