The Webster Health and Education Network (WHEN) was organized in the summer of 1995. Its membership includes a variety of community representatives who are dedicated to implementing WHEN’s mission statement. WHEN’s mission is to unite the Webster community in developing opportunities for healthy lifestyles through Awareness, Education, and Action. WHEN is the lead organization for asset development in the Webster Community. WHEN also puts out the Parent Resource Guide and the Parents Do Care Directory, participates in the Making a Difference Award Program, works to promote Red Ribbon Week, and participates in various parent education programs throughout the school year.
