The Greater Prince William Healthy Communities Healthy Youth (HCHY) Council is a coalition of school, local government, and community organizations which focus on promoting the 40 Developmental Assets®. The Council envisions a safe and healthy environment for all youth by engaging and empowering all community members to build the 40 Developmental Assets® in youth through educating, communicating, empowering and serving the community.
