Much of the work of the Center for Spiritual Development in Childhood and Adolescence has to do with the scientific study of the topic: theories, measurement, data gathering, definition, and a variety of research studies. But a good deal of the impact and importance of our work will reveal itself through application, through the use of the ideas, theories, data, and research in classrooms, homes, faith communities, and youth-serving organizations.
Here, we begin to explore the broad range of practical strategies for young people’s spiritual development that are available or are being developed, implemented, and tested.
